Lower leaves with a large, ovate-orbicular terminal leaflet, borne on a broad, flat, winged petiole, the wings sometimes expanded to l(-2) pairs of small lateral leaflets. Upper stem leaves amplexicaul, crenate to dentate. Petals yellow, 5-7 mm. Siliquae spreading, terete, somewhat torulose, arcuate, 24-35 x 1.5-2 mm. Fl. 4-6. Streamsides, moist pastures, 1000-2100 m.
