A. pseudo-mouradicum Hausskn. & Bornm. ex Baumg. in Beil. Jahresb. Nied.-Öst. Land.-Lehrers Wien-Neust. 36:6 (1909). Syn: A. montis-stellae Hausskn. & Bornm. ex Baumg., op. cit., 8! Figures 17, 18, pp. 371, 373. Sprawling perennials up to 25 cm. Sterile shoots ascending, 2-7 cm. Leaves of sterile shoots linear-oblanceolate, acute, with a dense, ashy indumentum of long, few-rayed stellate hairs. Cauline leaves greenish, lanceolate, acute, indumentum ± sparse. Racemes elongate, unbranched. Pedicels with ± dense indumentum of subadpressed stellate hairs. Petals spathulate, 4.5-6 x 2-3 mm. Fruits orbicular, elliptic or obovate, strongly emarginate, green and glabrous, (4.5-)7-8 x(3-)6-7 mm, valves very unequally inflated. Styles.2.5-3.5 mm, with 1-2 hairs at the base. Seeds wingless. Fl. 6-7. Steppe, slopes, 1900-2500 m. Lectotype: [Turkey A7 Gümüşane] Armenia Turcica, Gümüşane, Darsos Dagh, 6 vi 1894, Sintenis 5759 (BM! G! GH! K! W!). Mainly N. Anatolia, Anti-Taurus.
