Leaves obtuse, obovate or spathulate, rarely oblanceolate, mature leaves very canescent with stellate hairs. Indumentum dimorphic on upper parts of plant. Petals yellow. (5.5-)6-8 x 1.5-2.5(-3) mm, entire, constricted below the limbs, with indumentum on the claws. Fruits elliptic, obtuse or truncate, 4.5-6 x 3.5-4.5 mm, with dense, canescent-silvery indumentum of lepidote or sublepidote hairs. Styles (2-)3-4.5 mm, strongly dilated at the base, with indumentum for ½ 3/4 of their lengths. Fl. 5-6. Limestone screes and slopes, 1300-2100 m.
